About Me

I am the Visual Resources Librarian at La Trobe University. I collaborate across campus with other units and departments regarding issues related to Image storage, use and dissemination in Learning and Teaching. I am also involved the development of an Image cataloguing application and implementation of the VRA Core 4 and CCO (Cataloguing Cultural Objects) cataloguing standards, officially endorsed by METS and the Library of Congress. Oh, and in my spare time I: tag along with my husband driving his classic motor cars; adore eating on English china; love cooking in my Le Creusets; escape reality with a subscription to Architectural Digest; and try to touch base weekly with an ever growing extended family, before they start complaining!
