QUT Kelvin Grove Library tour
Posted July 4th, 2011 by kerri klumpp
Last Tuesday, 28th June, a group of librarians from the QLD chapter enjoyed a tour of the newly refurbished Library at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) Kelvin Grove.
A few of our QLD chapter members work here, supporting the Creative Industries Faculty http://www.creativeindustries.qut.edu.au/about/what-are-the-creative-industries/
The refurbished Library has more open spaces (including an outdoor area), display spaces, meeting rooms and a GamesLab. You can read a slightly more detailed description here: http://www.news.qut.edu.au/cgi-bin/WebObjects/News.woa/wa/goNewsPage?newsEventID=35026

The exhibition has closed but you can still see two Artists' Books ...
Posted April 12th, 2011 by Jane Wild
We produced two stop motion animations to allow the two large format books to be viewed without frequent handling.
These animations were a great addition to the show - they played in the foyer outside Projectspace.

You can view these animations - send us your feedback.
We plan to add these to the catalogue record for the artists' books with a view to documenting a range of books to assist with the request process / and the retrieval process.
