Previous Recipients

As a special project in 2005, ARLIS/ANZ awarded two grants.

Art Gallery of NSW
The Art Gallery of New South Wales Research Library received a grant towards scanning and provision of online access for Volume 1 of their heavily-used clippings files, covering art events 1905-1921. This volume is fragile due to its age and paper stock, and digitisation will help preserve it as well as making its contents accessible to ARLIS/ANZ members outside Sydney.

Auckland Art Gallery
The Online Resources Grant has enabled the Auckland Art Gallery Research Library to make available digital copies of the Gallery’s exhibition catalogues from the 1950’s and 1960’s. In July 2006, 100 catalogues from this period were launched on the Gallery’s website. http://www.aucklandartgallery.govt.nz/research/digitalresources/default.asp
